Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Subscriptions are month to month, and canceling keeps your plan through the end of the billing period. Self-serve cancel and downgrade ships before paid checkout switches on, so nobody can end up in a plan they cannot leave.
What does the platform never do?
